- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Ingredients for the Mayonnaise:
- 8 cloves of Garlic
- ½ cup or more Light Mayonnaise

- Heat the rest of the olive oil in a medium sized wok, and add mushrooms. Let them cook for a few minutes making sure that you do not stir them.Stir the mushrooms and make sure that they become golden brown.
- Add in the minced garlic into the mushrooms and season with salt. Cook for a minute and remove from heat.
- For assembling the sandwich, take 2 slices of bread and spread the prepared mayonnaise on each of them.
